Which stupid shameful acts? The kangaroo tribunal ignored the testimonies of the police,DSS,INEC officials and clergy who testified about the credibility of the elections,!! The kangaroo judgement will be thrown out either in the appeal or supreme court or both of them!!! As the Akwa Ibom tribunal rightlyt ruled,The card reader was not contained in the electoral act hence,INEC directives cannot superceded the provisions of the electoral act!! The card reader was a very huge failure!! If the supreme court ignores the votes captured in the incidents sheets then virtually everyother election will equally be nullified!!!
