Ask yourself if there is a solid and legal basis for ordering the rerun. If the answer is yes then how is that more to do with Buhari than with ending impunity in Nigeria and ensuring an effective deterrent system is put in place to deter the sort of very violent and desperate election rigging we saw in Rivers state?
