Even the Tribunal didn't deliver judgement on this ground. It was already expunged by Pindiga. That was why APC and Dakuku went to Appeal.

The tribunal nullified the election on two grounds:
1. The non use of card readers
2. The election was marred by violence by security operatives and thugs

On ground one, the Supreme Court yesterday in Okorochas case stated that card readers are allien and it not being used would not invalidate an election.
On ground two, the court of Appeal has just expunged all records and evidences against the alleged violence by security operatives and thugs.
Therefore the petition by apc and dakuku lacks merit. And the judgement by the tribunal will be set aside.

That news is truth and correct ,there is no scan in it.PDP will win the case both in the appeal and spr court.we know that in the tribunal,a lot of things are going on.we saw how the p.h tribunal chairman was remove without any petition written against him.we know how the tribunal was relocated to Abuja. The evidence removed by the appellate court had no bearing on the judgement of the tribunal. After all, justice Pindigi had done the same, yet the tribunal went ahead to rule in favour of Dakuku.

Now the PDP will hail the Appeal court and have confidence in our judicial system because it is in their favour.
