The Killing of a suspected armed robber execution style by the South African Police was caught on CCTV tape.

The Policeman that shot the robbery suspect and the one that kicked him are being prosecuted for murder and failing to stop a murder(accomplice) respectively.

This could have ended VERY badly for the van driver.
He was dressed similarly to the fleeing suspect and could easily have been mistaken for him.
