Chairman pls how many inches blocks are you using? If am not mistaking, I think u started with 9 inches for the first floor. Is that what you're using for the top floor as well?

Yes, 9" for the external walls and 6" for internal walls.

They are not as fast as I want, in 45 days a duplex is supposed to be at the roofing stage, all things being equal.

The style of concrete fascia my carpenters planned to build here is too wide, I have ordered them to reduce it to one step only. No need for any bogus work.

Oh , next time I am home I will get more pictures of my neighbours. There are more than 200 houses in a 500 meters radius around my house. The main village square is just a 150 meters walk from the front of my house. Many houses at the back, many more further up the road , the house is on the main road leading into the two villages so I am sure of steady traffic as nobody can get into the village without passing in front of my house.

There is even a new generation church at the back and that one is my headache, I will not like their noise.

My coach I am religiously following you on this matter because so far it is a really low budget building. Weldone sir appreciating your work and time.
