The happiest, satisfying relationship rest on a foundation means TRUST. If you want your relationship to be good, both of you must learn how to create trust within you. Most couples only think of trusts in sexually faithful, through essential.

1. Stay Faithful: if your partner is not loyal to people around you either your family relatives or friend, your relationship can quickly become impossible or breakup. People do recover from an affair but usually need professional help to do it. Make a commitment to be faithful to people around you. If you are not happy in any relationship, get counseling not a part-time lover.

If you’re faithful to someone, it definitely means you’re faithful on all levels. Also, means as physically but also emotionally as well. Most people think it’s good to establish intimate bonds even though they may just be spending time with your partner. This can cause problems in your relationship.

2. Give your partner space and foster kindness: Building Trust in relationship is like an atmosphere of security and safety. The cycle of hurting each other, physically or verbally, and try to reject other people, always creates a lot of fear which undermines trust. Try to control your partner in any type of mistrust, so make sure that you’re not possessively clinging on, which can push him/ her away from you.

It is important him/ her to spend some time with his/ her friend, try to understand and okay with that. You can always talk together about his/ her acceptable behavior within the family and what’s not through. For example, if your partner says that he/ she wants to go to a burial ceremony with friends and you’re not comfortable and happy with it, then it’s something that you need to sit down together and talk about this instance before he/ she went. So that this doesn’t happen again.

3. Love your partner without any private motives: Both of you need to feel sure that you love yourself without any reason, doing this will help you to build trust in relationship. It could be your family, money and look or even fear of being alone. Always make sure you have a good significant for right reasons.

4. Make your relationship as a top priority: It can be easy to take each other for granted and later neglect one another after some period. Don’t give all of your energy and time to another people or activities. Keep your priorities clear. If your relationship is more important to you, then make sure you always stay at the top of your list.

5. Stay to the end: know that misunderstandings, conflict and anger are always occur in any relationship. However, make if safe for disagreements and the careful expression of anger to happen between you and your partner. You should always do this be never using the threat of walking out.

6. Be reliable: Trust is just another way to say that you can rely on your partner or someone. You trust your partner to do certain things on matter at all times. Trust in any relations can be a security. Make sure your partner can count on you. For instance: if you tell your partner that you will be coming home by 6 p.m., then make sure that you reach home before that or at least let your partner know if something else has comes up. Most important factor here is consistency. A happy, successful relationship is when two parties make all effort to keep up their end of the bargain.

7. Mean what you say: Always believe that, his only your partner can know your feeling or read your face better than anyone else. If you are lying or try to hide some important from him/ her true feeling by not quite saying all that is on your mind, he or she will be able to tell you and your partner might even be think that you’re cheating. If your partner can believe or trust you in whatever you are saying out of your mouth without hesitation, then you are building a trust and good relationship with your partner.

8. Tell the truth: Always tell your partner the truth not keeping anything hidden from him/ her; nothing should be privileged from the other. You have to know this that sooner or later all things come to light one day, also know that consequences of not being completely truthful will ruin your relationship completely.

9. Say no sometimes: It’s good to listen and understand when your partner is saying for what she needs and try to fulfill them, but sometimes is good to say no to valuable thing. You can’t do two things at the same time; you will earn some respect when you refuse to do something once in a while from her. Taking a stand and imposing your own will can actually bring trust between you and your partner.
