President Buhari inaugurates the federal executive council today, the ceremony which is currently taking place inside the Council Chambers has an in attendance the 36 ministers-designate and some invited guests. 12 of the 36 ministers-designate have taken the oath of office while the remaining 24 are currently waiting to also take their oath of office.
