This is a weird question. I am sure you know the answer to your question already but you need approval and justification for your acts. I feel guys either masterbate, have random sex or withstand the pressure. As for me, I just distract myself with my work (which is super distracting)

Yes! To control should mean absoulute abstainance, both practically and in your emotions. Emotion We both know it is hard not to fall lostful once in a while! And that is not good in anyway......
My advice is try to always sertisfy your desire whenever it arises. But make sure it is with ur love, yes your love...... you are no more single if you have ur love, and mariage is what already brings u together the first place.
