If you knew about a bunch of brooding terrorists once and failed to stop them, we MIGHT believe that was an honest mistake. Twice, and that is really, really pushing it. THREE TIMES and you are clearly the one behind the terrorism!

1. The Charlie Hebo Massacre

"The U.S. provided France with intelligence showing that the gunmen in the Charlie Hebdo massacre received training in Yemen in 2011, prompting French authorities to begin monitoring the two brothers, according to U.S. officials. But that surveillance of Said and Chérif Kouachi came to an end last spring, U.S. officials said, after several years of monitoring turned up nothing suspicious." 2. The Train Stabbing

"A suspected militant overpowered by passengers on a packed Amsterdam-Paris train had visited Syria and was known to French and Spanish intelligence services, officials said on Saturday.
The suspect, identified as a 25-year-old Moroccan, was wrestled to the floor by three American passengers after opening fire with an assault rifle on a high-speed train on Friday evening and is now being interrogated by counter-terrorist officials near Paris.

"The man, who was killed at the Bataclan, was identified using his fingerprints and was from the southern Parisian neighbourhood of Courcouronnes.
