I flew that Airline ONCE..... due to short notice to travel, and since then, l have vowed, if it is the last airline on earth, l will NEVER fly it!

Yea, my luggage was also "broken into" and items stolen though not the whole bag.
There is a criminal ring that specialises in vandalising peoples luggage on certain airlines, inlcuding Air France

Their service and customer relationship was so poor that l felt like slapping somebody at the airport!

Their Staff are rude, uncouth and too arrogant for my money.


Let me also say that you should NEVER put items like Laptops in "luggage"........ chances are very high the screen will get broken.
You need to see the way the "bags are thrown" during loading and unloading, to know the risk you are taking.

Anything "very fragile" that is "not prohibited", .......should go into your hand luggage.
