Mimiko Enlightens Lai Mohammed On Ministerial Duty, says He Requires Decorum by MrImole: 7:41am On Nov 18, 2015
"As a former Minister of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, I want to believe there is an urgent need for me to assist in reorientation and exercise of Presidential familiarization for our Minister of Information, Alhaji Lai Mohammed to know that he now works with the Presidency and should adapt to presidential breeze and ethics and learn how to address issues of public interest without unleashing terror and verbal war on personalities in oppositions like when he does as the Spokesperson to the All Progressive Congress, APC,"

Ondo State governor and Chairman, PDP Governors Forum, Dr. Olusegun Mimiko charged.
Dr. Mimiko said this on Tuesday in Akure, the Ondo State Capital while reacting to what the Spokesman turned Minister said about Ekiti State governor, Mr. Ayodele Fayose and the likes of others who were not on the same leaf with the President's Treasury Single Account policy by describing it a mere fraud.

He said: "As the Lord will have it, PDP is today the strongest opposition party in the country. We are playing the role as expected of any doggedly focused and serious opposition.
"Lai Mohammed shouldn't be expecting praises and worship songs from us because we are not brain-washable like those who voted "paper change", a mirage!

"Therefore, it was erroneous and insulting for the Minister of Information to be attacking our people who criticised the formulated TSA policy by the presidency. It is absolutely unacceptable by me as person and PDP as a party.

"Nigeria belongs to everybody and it does to nobody; no single person or party owns our common wealth. No one!"

Dr. Segun Mimiko further established and entrenched the fact that PDP members have the liberty to denigrate every action taken by the president, especially anyone that fails to go down well with humanity, democracy and modern democratic settings.

He advised the Minister to be more cautious, words-selective, reasonable and fact-oriented before speaking for presidency; saying, any further attack on any member of his party (PDP), will be assumed to be calculated Presidential attempt to witch-hunt and silent the opposition in the country and which PDP will not hesitate to resist".

Absolute trash from Mimiko. It was okay for Fayose to refer to a federal government policy as fraud even when he is ignorant of the facts as regards the agreement. During the PDP era, it was perfectly okay for Patience Jonathan to refer to Buhari as brain dead. But now that APC is in power, it is so wrong to unleash verbal war on opposition figures who clearly are very ignorant about the issues they are talking about.

If PDP and characters like Fayose wish to be treated and addressed with respect, they should limit their criticism to issues that they are knowledgeable about. If they continue throwing insults around, Lai Mohammed will continue to respond in kind.

Mimiko, please don't bother yourself with the vagabond. His jail cell in Kirikiri is being made warm for him. He and Fashola will be bunkmates at the end of this worthless, corrupt infested regime. Let him enjoy his share of the 25 billion naira TSA loot. Lai Mohammed, chief information officer of SYSTEM SPECS. Software designer of REMATA.

who was buhari when pat gej refered to him as brain dead?
Who was he?
Lai mo'd is still not conversant with the new role he is now, he thinks he is still a boy to tinubu. I plead with pdp to tolerate and endure him, if possible he shud submit himself for elementary lecturing on how to be a fg spokeman.
