According to a blog reader who sent in the photos, the incident happened along Ijebu Ode, Ogun state. The Toyota Hiace with reg. no. XR167LSR, plunged into Ososa river after one of the tyres burst and the bus veered into the river. The two occupants – the driver and the passenger died in the accident. See more photos above
