john124: The Nigeria's ministry of defense should stop soldiers of any rank from issuing communiques and statements on matters they knew little about thereby embarrassing the country. The country is already a zoo and such posture should not be compounded by utterances made by certain dunces who should not have been in the army if not the quota system. Per the bolded, the word - insurrection has nothing to do with civil protest or agitation for self-determination which is encouraged by the Nigerian constitution. The defense ministry should stop any soldier from mouthing off and demand they must direct everything to armed forces director of information. 3 Likes 1 Share |

See them warning Igbo's to keep of there region, I was thinking we where one Nigeria before...its even ingrained in the subconsciousness of Nigerians that we aren't one and yet we deceive ourselves when we know the truth. I see nothing wrong in people holding a peaceful protest. I wonder if the Nigerian military and co are just trained on how to take on civilians. This is a time for Nigeria to thread softly and treat its citizens with respect. If some people on this thread can actually see and are wise they will note that the protest is a match for what we all in this country are going through in one way or the other and that's INJUSTICE and like fela said we rather suffer and smile. If you stop the IPOB protest have in mind that with the way our leaders are going plus the increased suffering of the masses eg unemployment, starvation, insecurity, lack of social amenities etc..some monster worse than IPOB protest will come and it will tear this country apart and trample on its residue. 3 Likes |

bugzbunny: You are too daft...try going back to school and learn how to reason logically. Again, it's 'plotted' and not 'ploted'. Everyday one engages with you IPOD youths, it becomes clearer to discerning minds that you are the dregs of the society, hence your frustrations and thoughlessness. 1 Like |

Why are Biafrans protesting in Nigeria and Lagos for that matter Why not Biafra? Even Boko Haram kept their nonsense in the North, common IPOB wants to cross their boundary. Bunch of suicidal maniacs. Ensure that you inform all Lagosians when you plan to protest. 2 Likes |

Is it an order by the President and Commander in Chief of the Armed Forces, that Nigerians can no longer protest or the Army Order? For goodness sake we are in a democracy Nigerians have the right to peaceful protest! |

QuotaSystem:1) Liegerian army are nothing but boys scouts!! They can never fight any war successfully without help from foreigners. During BIAFRAN war more than 4-5 countries came to their aid. Boko boys has been killing them because Cameroon, Niger and chad has withdrawn their soldiers from combating the boko boys 2) You're yorubastard stop denying your heritage 3) Ojukwu was buried with national colours not BIAFRA That is why we (BIAFRANS) see any liegerian as a monkey or a baboon because of how you lots reason. just hear yourself we want our own country and you're there yapping about political irrelevance What is so good about liegeria and its political posts don't you know we've passed that stage Anyway, you're just a noisemaker 4) Lies Our struggle is killing you gradually because, you know everything is going to work just like magic and I will be glad to be the one that is going to give you the Otapiapia that will end your misery 5) What type of rubbish are you talking about? Is chai baba better than GEJ? You lots will reap the fruits of hate, bigotry and greed you sowed at the polls alone!! shebi una want chanji? oya enjoy your chanji 1 Like |

ibedun: No.....Lagos is the place suitable for starting real revolution; nigerias axis to the rest of the worl. So when the Nigerian Zombie Army carry out their threat and order; shooting, killing, tear gassing, brutal crack down, etc......then the whole world and international media will video it well well, and a revolution has spark off........and the world will see the beast in buhari and his refined dictators....... |

Truth4eva: Yorubas are not cowards.....they just want a partner when verbally attacking the north when needs be.......so by the creation of Biafra, they will lose a formidable partner. So they're just just heart-broken......eyaaah. |

GspotAngela: As long as people like you believe there is a regional restriction in Nigeria, there is no need to be one as a nation so let them go. Imagine the rubbish.... so protest na fight If u don't want them free them, if u want them dialogue... As for me it's simple.... I prefer dialogue.... Talking never hurt anyone... Violence and suppression of human rights hurts more. 2 Likes |

GspotAngela: ^^^Bitc'h....i'm a so called south-southerner as well so what the hell are you on about!? Because you wish there were no Igbo in your so called south-south doesn't mean it's a reality! Biafrans are free to demonstrate peacefully in Lagos and Abuja seeing as both cities were built with our collective commonwealth! When they say they're moving to Ibadan, then you'd have a case if you accuse them of overstepping their bounds! 1 Like |
