You are wrong, It is all politics of Nigeria. El-Rufai did not dislike GEJ because he is not hausa-Fulani. He dislike GEJ because of political interest. If GEJ aligned with his political interest, he would have been singing his praise. This same El-rufai has blasted GMB in the past when they have different political interest!.

If truly the budget is based strictly on IGR of the state.... then that's great.
I hope other states follow in same manner, its a great opportunity to develop new revenue streams looking inwards. It will require a lot of transparency in funds management.

Not sure what he intended doing but it greatly demystifies the office of the Governor. (Not that sitting on the floor is the only way either)
There's no reason why this people shouldn't answer to us.
There's no reason why they shouldn't be accessible to us in order to defend their plans, actions and answer our queries.
