Another pained zombie , you can always agree that the masters of bad road project is mcc as all the roads they did are collapsing one by one even before Amaechi left office - Besides , the road you're talking about was a part of the old agreement among the road networks that has been paid for upfront by Amaechi which Wike insisted that it must be finished by them(MCC) as Julius Berger has refused to accept some of those roads with the amount of shabby jobs that has been done so far.
