Nowadays in the Nigerian Labour Market, prospective employers do set an age limit for employees and it normally falls within the range of 25-30

my frnd recently graduated and was exempted frm NYSC, He's 31 years old and since the labour market won't be that favourable with him, he needs to ask if that age limitations will also affect his chances of employment as a secondary school teacher? Or does being employed as a teacher in public secondary schools now also have age limits?
If the teaching job does not favour him, shd he progress to Masters and also apply for chances of becoming a lecturer?

He graduated with 2.1 ( Second class Upper) B.A(ED) Education & English at the University of Ibadan.

I don't think there is an age restriction for teaching in a public school. Is the paying lucrative? Nothing bad in doing masters, nevertheless.
