The questions you should be asking are: Are all these allegations proven yet? Has anyone been taken to court and prove guilty with concrete evidence yet? I think they say people remain innocent until proven guilty in law court under our constitution. So why not let leave these as mere allegations until government can convict anyone? Your questions and Oshiomole's noise remain irrelevant until then. I have heard enough of lies and propaganda from APC and have learnt to be careful in taking anything they say serious.

Buhari paid over 400 billion subsidy without lawmakers approva last month do you remmember that??. The question should be, does the constitution in any way give presidents power to pay out money without lawmakers approval? if the answer is yas, then the law should be ammended if the answer is no then let us start from the president who approved the payment to NOI and down to the person it was paid to and not selectively dealling anticipated enemy.
