The Americans should be excited, not gloomy. Heck, they blasted Spain and Egypt! 2nd is way cool for 'em. Fabiano gets the fairplay award. . .and the golden shoe. |

Re: FIFA Confederations Cup: South Africa '09 Official Thread by FBS: 9:39pm On Jun 28, 2009 |
Cristalz:They should be ashamed of themselves laboring to beat The US. A country that calls football soccer. They gave their all though. Brilliant first half performance. But like I said, Brazil, came back good and got the winner and winners are never criticized. Plus, I'm impressed they prayed. Good match. Football is a beautiful game. |

Re: FIFA Confederations Cup: South Africa '09 Official Thread by Cristalz(f): 9:45pm On Jun 28, 2009 |
Fabiano again, 2nd best player in the tourney. Kaka wins the golden ball. @FBS It's not just the name USA. . .it's the game they brought. The US brought some game! And the Brazilians were impressive in coming back from 2 - 0! Very impressive indeed. The US played more like Spain/Brazil in this tournament. As for the praying thing, Brazilians are good christians. Most are. They do some lovely juju too, but they love Jesus. |
