One breath" consists of sane and undecided bunch who wants peace and development for the Igbos in Nigeria but do not know how to go about it, while the "other breath" also consists of sane but decided bunch who believes that peaceful secession is the goal. The committees of the undecided won't want a retaliation from the fire and brimstone speech of the decided.
