In applying these facts and ignoring the rumours,
since Buhari has not bought guns in seven months, yet continues saying Dasuki did not buy,
since we are seeing Buhari LOSE the war which Dasuki had almost won,
since in Warri we say "at all at all na weeeeensh" meaning "you that has done nothing, stop attacking people who have done a little",
since seven months is no childsplay and enough time to arm an army or at least deal body blows to Boko Haram
Any body that his neurons actually synapse correctly will conclude that DASUKI is not the bad guy here. The bad guy is the one who has not bought guns yet chasing after a man who at least bought some.

Op is right
The only way to be clean in Nigeria govt spending is to do nothing. That is why PMB has not started any project. When he starts giving out contracts things like this will still happen. The next administration will still probe and see misappropriation in PMB administration. And the circle will continue.
