you can apply without your certificate but it will be needed for screening after admission

admissions.ui.edu.ng that's the website. The other info needed will be available there. They have started working on transcripts and statement of result for nce. If you haven't submitted hurry up. Registration is ending on Monday. Use a laptop o rdesktop don't use phone
