Resign as petroleum minister now, Ezeife tells Buhari

Former governor of Anambra State, Dr. Chukwuemeka Ezeife has called on President Muhammadu Buhari to resign as petroleum minister now against the backdrop of the lingering fuel scarcity across the country.

The works of a petroleum minister, Ezeife said are many and, “too challenging to be combined with the numerous and complex jobs of President and Commander-in-Chief at a critical time like this.”

Ezeife said the results of such multiple jobs would be lack of focus and inefficiency and pointed out that these have already been bringing untold hardship on the citizenry.

He lamented that for over four weeks, now Nigerians have been finding it difficult to get petroleum products, queuing up at filling stations endlessly.

He urged the president to concentrate on his anti-graft war against corruption, insecurity and how to really lead the nation effectively.

On the Senate two weeks ultimatum to the president, Ezeife urged the lawmakers not to invite Buhari the way they will invite a minister to the hallowed chamber, saying this may bring embarrassment to the nation’s president.

The erstwhile governor urged Buhari to allow his Minister of State, Dr. Emmanuel Ibe Kachikwu, to be fully in charge of the ministry, with clear objectives of what he wants to achieve in the ministry.

An analog man that never attempted Government, Economics as basic courses in WASC and had F9s in Mathematics and Woodwork. Failed to upgrade himself by way of workshops, seminars, leadership trainings, book writing or any publication to show that learning and constant personal development is on.

In my opinion, he has nothing to offer this generation.

How can a Biafran tell our own President what to do? Mr chukwuemeka Ezeife should concentrate on his separatist fight and leave our President alone. After all he is no longer a Nigerian.

So the numerous training courses he attended on his way to being a General, what were those?

Ironically, 90% of the people that accuse Buhari of being an 'illiterate' are themselves poorly educated, sporting lackluster IQs and lack common sense. You're a sterling example.

Bros Muhammadu Buhari never sat for WASC. Read the history of NPC and emergency saga of 1961/2 when the Daura Dumbass was corruptibly pampered into the Nigerian armed forces officers' cadre.

Do you know his prerequisite at the USA war college in Carlisle, PA? You are the one that had concluded that Buhari is an illiterate. By the way, anybody who can read and write is not an illiterate. Therefore the onus is on you to clarify your insinuation.
