Yea he is, after serious war from Tinubu nd Mr Odion to prevent New Telegraph since 2008.
After paying 2 years rent on the supposed property Tinubu boiz said we can't use the property that it's a residential area while every building on that lane is used for commercial purpose.
After the 2yrs we paid expired DSTV took over the property...

The truth is that, the whole east supported PDP during the presidential election
and no Senatorial aspirant including Orji Kalu was smart enough to educate the voters on how to vote PDP 4 president and PPA or APGA on the remaining 2 ballot papers
