SaharaReporters can authoritatively confirm that the Senate Minority Leader for the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Godswill Akpabio, has been sacked today. Mr. Akpabio is a Senator representing Akwa Ibom State, and is the former two term governor of that State. The Federal Court of Appeal announced today that violations to the Electoral Act during the senatorial election between Mr. Akpabio and the All Progressives Congress candidate Inibehe Okori informed their ruling. The Court of Appeal ordered a rerun election in Akwa Ibom State in 90 days. http://saharareporters.com/2015/12/10/breaking-senate-minority-leader-godswill-akpabio-sacked-senate cc: lalasticlala seun 2 Likes

Well, well, well, it appears these recent judgments are beginning to no longer "respect" our former maximum rulers and lords of the manger and treasuries o. What I expect the man Akpabio to next do is not to show remorse for having contributed to the sorrows/wastage of his people in the course of that "election," but to start boasting that he would win the re-run one hundred times over. Hmm. INEC still has a long way to go in stemming this seemingly intractable propensity and desperation to rig elections. Electronic voting would surely help. P34c3 ..... ... |

Hmm, this is going to be interesting. But I think he will still win the rerun. |

Rikidony: When Tribunal sacks APC senator in Kogi and Benue. The judiciary was not manipulated then abi?? When Tribunal upheld Buruji Kashamu's election, Judiciary was not manipulated. When Tribunal nullified APC house of Rep member from Kogi's victory and further banned him from contesting again, PMB did not manipulate the judiciary then. How come it's only when judgements does not favour PDP that u mofos roll out lamentations? |

This is unbelievable. If it's true them I weep for mother
democracy. An infringement on democracy is worse than
a corruption. President Buhari has done more harm in 7
months than Fmr. President GEJ did in 6 years. |
