Court of Appeal, Abuja is delivering judgment in the appeal by Rivers State governor, Nyesom Wike against his sack by the state’s governorship election tribunal.

The tribunal headed by Justice Suleiman Ambrosa had, in a judgment on October 24, 2015, voided Wike’s election and ordered the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to conduct fresh election.

Today's verdict hold no water knowing full well that whatever the judgement, they will still proceed to The Supreme Court. So no fuse here!

But whatever makes Wike cry is welcome by me. grin
I will forever love APC to win this. Rivers deserves not a thug, but a gentle man Dakuku. cheesy

When wike came to my street in mile 2 Port Harcourt to campaign he said
.... Forget about me, make sure Jonathan wins cos when he dose.. . I go hold ameachi and dakuku. .. we will lock all the airport and seaports and I will flog them on the streets of Port Harcourt.. .
No who has the key to the airport and seaports?
Who may likely be arrested today?

Appeal will be, unfortunately, allowed. Meaning no re-run. Welcome to Nigeria.

Or appeal dismissed. Meaning there will be a re-run. Welcome to a new Nigeria

110 pages of judgement
But I won't bore you by reading all the pages
But will highlight on specific pointsThe judgement is 110 pages. but the judge said she is not going to bore us with reading all. Just the important bits. she is now reading. she has introduced her team. she is giving the reasons why the appeal is taking place. she said it's because of the nullification at the tribunal of governor nyesom wike. she is reading what we all know at the tribunal. she has now mentioned that inec did not present àñy witnesses.
All the grounds of Appeal are tight. All the premilary objections are refused
The issues for determination are 6 in no.
The judge is now touching on jurisdiction and says that it is merited.
They all say as the court pleases.
My lordship is saying that at equal opportunities must be given for fair hearing. He rules that the appellant was granted fair hearing.
Issues 1 and 2 ruled in favor of Dakuku and APC, Jurisdiction and Fair hearing.
2nd issue of NBA stamp ruled in favor of Dakuku and APC.
3rd issue for determination is the 21 days notice. The judge ruled that it was a case of the appellant PDP and not INEC, crying more than the bereaved. It is ruled in favor of Dakuku and APC .
issue 4 on jurisdiction of the tribunal. She is saying dat hearing &no hearing is not of any consequences as touching this issue of pindiga. .she stopped plenty mistakes. ooooo lord help my lordship see well
Issue now being read is on the jurisdiction of the new tribunal chairman. Pdp argued that the new chairman Justice Ambrosia should have started afresh instead of continuing from where pindigah stopped. The appeal judge said that the chairman justice Ambosia is right in continuing from where Justice pindigah stopped.
INEC should put in place all necessary materials to conduct a free and fair election and therefore inec guideline is to give credence to court rules.

.Issue 5. Documentary evidence tendered by the petitioners which is us. Pdp is saying that we tendered it at the bench and therefore should be struck off. The judge is giving the background.Documentary evidence where it was tendered from Wether it was tendered in the open court or not the judge is saying it doesn't matter at all. We have won issue 5.
