if we use that pre paid meter.. We would have to pay regularly naaa... Dogs dey our street plenty, so nepa gats need to use police come cut light.. Any day em come without police.. Nothing for them.. With this meter, we don't have to pay except the police wants us to.. Sometimes we no dy pay for like 4months

That's not how it works. The pre-paid meter works only when you pay depending on the amount of units you buy. So if your units has been exhausted,your light will go off automatically until you go pay again.

Nobody will come to your street to cut light.
