Metuh spoke first and foremost in his capacity as a citizen of this great country Nigeria as well as in his capacity as a spokesperson of the PDP - which is alien to the constitution!!

Adesina spoke through his twitter handle; the same twitter handle from which he speaks in his capacity as Special Assistant to the President on Media and publicity!!

If the Publicity officer of the APC or PDP speaks, it is assumed that such statement could be the official position of the party!!

Likewise, if the Spokeman for Mr President speaks, it is believed, that he just aired the official position of the government!!

It makes a mockery of the office of Mr President, in much more sane climes, the Ministry of Information would have given a statement, distancing Mr President from such comment made by Mr Adesina or Mr Adesina would have been asked to ensure that his comment is not taken out of whatever context he meant to portray!!

But then, when a green horn is made president, things happen.........
