Nasarawa state does not need an airport for now.

What the state needs are roads- well constructed linking all the hinterland with the capital.
That dull governor is just looking for an avenue to lift money.

Recent reports say airlines are planning on cutting down flights to Nigeria. Aviation fuel is expensive at best and unavailable presently.

The state has some of the most viable minerals ( baryte, salt, columbite) and arable land, this slowpoke of a governor should focus on these areas rather than this white elephant projects.

Apc as a party should call him to order. Can't this governors even use their common sense for once ?

Instead of doing project that will help strengthen the state's economy and playing field for all, they go after quick, politically motivated and exorbitant projects. No roads for farmers which is are in high number to use but there is an airport for movement of few rich who earn from Abuja. No re-planting of tree on de forested areas. Just free meals and increased salary is what we have from them and they keep complaining of recurrent bill.

dz is d problem wv Nigeria systems of fake federalism where a non viable state is claiming same right wv viable one. a regional system of governance or true federalism (confederation )would served the nation better. imagine. ..ekiti. ..osun . .nasarawa. ..jigawa. ..etc all poor states competing to have airports. .ooo ma se ooh. #1$=400. u don't need a prophet of doom to tell you dt dz is imminent in another 4 yrs if dz pple keep wasting scarce resources on things dt cannot benefit the masses.
