WHY WE SHOULD RETURN DAVID MARK TO THE SENATE AGAIN. Good morning great Idoma sons and daughters and a happy Christmas celebration to all of us. Don't rilly think a futher introduction of my person will be needed as my names are there for many to see. Please check my profile for details. However, the idoma people that i know are politically aware individual who cannot not be cajoled or cowed into oblivion. Our political orientation is stable and current. In the light of this, permit me to request ur audience in the above subject matter. The court of appeal recently in Makurdi nullified the election of former senate president and member of senate senator David Mark and an order was passed for a rerun. My good people of Zone C. Let it be clear to you all that i have never in life set my eyes on D.M and have never receive any reward or gift whatsoever from him. My passion for him was borne out of his resilience in clipping the wings of the TIV people at the federal level and the opportunity he created for young idoma boys and girls at the federal level. A brief look at Benue workforce at the federal level, it will be discovered that Idomas are in dominance. I carried out a survey and after my analysis, my evaluation indicates thus: in any federal establishment where Benue indigens are Ten in number, two are always TIV and the remaining eight Idomas. The Tiv people over the years have reduced the Idomas to a marginal level of irrelevance. They have swore that an idoma will never govern Benue state. With this development, wouldn't it be wise that we maintain our dominance at Abuja since we don't have a ground in the political space of Benue? Some may say He is no longer the senate president but i tell you the respect Mark pulled even Saraki respects and held Him in high esteem. Before we forget, the current deputy senate president is David Mark's boy. He is ready with his connections and political know-how to do the whims and caprices of Mark to bring favour and development to Zone C and idoma land in general. My people be wise. The Bible said my people perish for their lack of knowledge. The Tiv people are wishing and praying that Mark should loose so that they can perpetually put the Idoma people on the disadvantaged side and make them their political slave, God forbid. We must endeavour to return Mark so as to maintain our feat in the area of federal political appointments and jobs. Mark has done alot for the idoma people. He constructed the oweto bridge, build schools, established the first radio station in north central Nigeria, give grants and scholarship for our people to have access to education, He influenced the citing of the Federal University of Sience and Technology in Otukpo which senators George Akumeh a Tiv man was not happy with. He fought tooth and nail lobbying Buhari until the idea of that University went into jeopardy. There many developmental stride attributed to Mark but the Tiv people will never allow us see any good in Mark with their propaganda and hatred. If we fail to use our vote wisely, the Tiv people will bury and dump us into dusbin of history, God forbid. A word is enough for the wise. My people, lets do it again. Lets vote Mark for continuity and the political emancipation of the idoma nation. Thank you and God bless the Idoma nation. Please Lalasticlacla, do something about this. |
