oil playing nicely,price made a little retrace lower tfs and still came to 41.20 back...there will be a touch of 41.59 from where price is now before coming down to 39.62.
remember 38/37 is the last bus stop.

so uj should hit 103.xx today while oil a little retrace cos of current s/r point...eu on the side needs a force to push up or down via that mofu zone on the 4hr tf which will make lower tf range a little bit between 1.11255 and 1.10948.

105.50 holds,taking a trade now will be not safe though cos of Boj news...will wait the news out.
meanwhile 105.83/.63 is an attraction though
EDIT:remember initial target is 103.xx before any upward move,meanwhile new figures could be printed after boj .

why i stopped trading Ger30 for a while....its in a mofu channel upward,i know a bit of normal patterns but its difficult for me to follow through on trades so i jsut let it be. scalping it will have been fine but more stressful not in the mood for scalp.

When orders are taken and SL are set (these decisions are made just once per day). I leave the rest to play out until the next day. I do not close or open order within the day even if I see spikes........I trade daily candles.

This means, even if there is a -200.0 pips on a pair, I still leave it to play out so far it does not touch the stop loss (Reason for good risk/money management). In some cases you get a spike from one or two candles against a position and people feel oh they have failed and they rush to close the trade due to anxiety/fear. No, one or two candle spikes may not be enough to change a trend. In fact, sometimes when I see a spike from just one candle that is about to touch the stop, I expand the SL a bit to a reasonable point to allow the spike to explore so far the current spiking candle does not close above my predetermined SL. When it does, then it is likely gonna change the trend.

Also, I am a swing trader (and I once said all swing traders are trend traders but not all trend traders are swing traders). When a trend in my swings turn against my position, I leave it to play out, then I confirm the turn is genuine, I close the position after confirmation and enter the new trend it makes in the swing.

Above all, attached is a proof that I wait for my monthly return, all I need is a just a constant minimum of 20% of my account every month. A progressive result is what matters to me. More so, The blue line is not expected to be linear (at all)

Food for Thought

Trading decisions in FX are supposed to be from a matured mind, it means the trader has automatically entered an agreement that what will be should be (not what will be will be)...

Hence, when SL are set to say for example -150.0 pips for a swing or trend trader. It outrightly means he is ready to forgo 150 pips despite its consequence. From the matured mind, he is not expected to be scared at all when he has -120.0 pips. This is why it is best not to rush into live FX trading after one must have fortunately laid hands on some strategies that may seem promising. I always recommend a promising strategy to be tested for at least 3months no rush trades. With this, a huge percentage of unforeseen circumstances that may shake the strategy will surely play out and making solid experience. These circumstances are then expected in the live trade, and from experience, one can decide.

Another slashing week has gone by and even though I am on the positive, I still wish my fight with EUR/AUD was over tho. This is my second week of a bloody duel.

In any case, the summary of what went down this week goes thus :

GOOD TRADES: 1
BREAK EVEN: 1
BAD TRADES: 0
PIP GAIN : +59
% GAIN: +2.1%
% ACCURACY:50%

Still working on my end of month performance.
