Ise ti y'ato. House finishing is now beyond norms. Nowadays, there's cement boards for cladding, flooring, partitioning, ceilings and more applications to achieve the best finishes in a modern house.

What about Smart? How can a 21st century house boast of a gatehouse?
Ever noticed that I've not built a single gatehouse in any of my projects but genhouse/maintenance rooms.
