weed don scatter all these ones brain. ''government is bad, government is bad'' doesn't mean people should analyze these issues sentimentally. IMF boss is not here to dictate to us what we should do with our money. THERE IS A FALL IN REVENUE SOURCE, BUT THERE IS AN INCREASED BUDGET. Is that not enough to tell this weederman that government is trying to take citizens out of suffering rather than the other way round?

some are wailing for relevance, some are wailing to escape kuje, some are wailing to support those that are wailing to escape kuje...but you should rather wail when there is a good reason to.

You have to admit that the IMF doesn't really have a good track record especially in african countries and everyone is admittedly not welcoming of them. Across Africa countries that are looking towards China instead of the west are seeing massive infrastructural growths, check out Rwanda, Angola and Ethiopia. Especially "Angola" they have built new cities across the country and created 1 million new homes in just 5 years, very impressive.

Seun tried but better enlightenment on the IMF boss visit is based on how to devalue the naira.
With Buhari's determination not to devalue the naira as widely televised through the Media chat, the IMF has no other option than to send their main boss to see to technical details on how nigeria and why the president is bent on not devaluing the naira.
Immediately she gets a grasp on this, it will form a template for a new economic model from IMF to deal a bigger blow on the naira thereby enforcing devaluation.
If in the event that the model failed to achieve its purpose and Buhari remains adamant, then we should expect a repeat of 1985. I pray God forbids such for us.

Seun Kuti got it wrong here. By diplomatic etiquette, Nigeria is bound to receive foreign dignitaries. Receiving Lagarde, as PMB did, does not mean that we will accept her plans. Even she has stated that Nigeria does not need IMF loans. So what's the cry about?

IMF is not bad, the problem lies with bad african "leaders".

African "leaders" are always too unserious and deeply corrupt to focus and achieve anything meaningful.

imagine someone saying that the whites do not want u to succeed as if our government officials who steal money meant for public amenities are nt blacks, those who instill violence through ethnicity are nt blacks,i find it silly whenever i hear pple blaming whites for woes, wat are they using ur downfall to do?does it add to their gdp?if nigeria has a stronger economy will imf nt be more prosperous..are they any worse from the hatred blacks have for theirselves?go to other african countries and see d beef they have for nigerians..or is it our tribalism here in this country?we blacks are our own worst enemies..by the time we start taking ourselves serious others too will
