You know nothing about the Edos, come to ife..they will show you where d bini past kings are burried.
Don't let them lie to you.
How did d binis communicated with Oranmiyan? It was because there were many yorubas that was living in bini at d time...later these people choose bini or other languages as theirs.

It looks like an okay place. I wish people would consider other places in SW outside just Lagos. They would have a more peaceful existence.

What's wrong with the mod! Why transfer the thread to the travel section? If Enugu, Anambra et al could have theirs in the politics section, why is Akure a different case?

Ha, I remember those days in FUTA, its funny akure people and most other yorubas thought those outside the SW were staying in village,(i.e they thought akure, Oshogbo and ado were better than Benin, Enugu, Warri, Port H, Owerri, Calabar) akure n ado that will argue development with stupid points like 'my state has shoprite, urs doesn't'

U have been arguing with children bro. No one will compare development in Akure and Ado with Warri, PH and some other places.

Akure/Ado are basic towns/Salary based States unlike business cities like Warri, PH and the rest. But no contesting the fact that they are peaceful states and you can enjoy your money on a low key as well as live affordably.

Stop arguing with Children bro.

keep quoting me but i insist that Ado-ekiti looks way better than Akure in terms of beauty.

My ranking goes:
1.Lagos
2.Ilorin
3.parts of Ibadan
4.Ado-ekiti
5.Akure
6. Abeokuta
7.Osogbo
8.Benin

have been to all d above

I still wonder how anyone will pick Ado Ekiti over Akure in terms of beauty. Like seriously, is that a joke?

Anytime i travel to and drive round Ado, my thought is always.... If the capital is this way, then my Ekiti people has got a long way to go in terms of development. No offense to Ado residents. Am just being straightforward.
