I'm tired of having to eat only eba & amala as my main swallow. can pound yam too but it remains a delicacy 4 special occasions sure not after a strenuous day @ d office i really need to include semo in d no.Kindly drop hints here on how do it if u know.Thanks |

Put water in the pot Wait for the water to boil then add the semovita then turn it and when it becomes light it's ready |

This is my own method Add the semo flour to water and put it on fire, start stiring until it turn to solid. mean semi solid( if you like you can put a little salt for taste and you may not add, it depends on your taste) . but you'll enjoy it better if there is a little quantity of salt .Then serve with your delicious soup especially with egusi soup. OH WHATS A DELICIOUS FOOD!!! |

The same way i make mine, the hot water method makes my semo lumpy.That's why i cant make amala, though i would lovvvvve to.The first and only time i tried with boiling water it was rather lumpy and the strong smell and not like the ones at bukas and resturants. |
