Taken that the Shiites group has always nursed a hidden agenda disrupting the peace of neighboring Nigerians and constituted authorities like the armed forces and ultimately forming a parallel government, I have some few questions concerning the recent attack by the Nigeria Army that Killed about 61 members of this group as reported in the media.

1. When the CAS's right of way was denied by the group in spite of several entreaties by the CAS and his men, could riot policemen had been called in to disperse the crowd or force them apart since the same police was used to detain the leader later on?

2. If there was enormous provocation that would not warrant or give other options, was reasonable or commensurate force used and was such force used in the heat of the passion created according to law.

3.If the dissidents drew their weapons in the course of the disturbance, did the Army act purely in self defence while zeroing in their offensives?

4. What is the meaning of 'protecting a VIP with all means possible' as stated by the Army spokesman?

6. What is the meaning of 'rule of engagement' in such uprising as stated by the Army?

They should not have resisted the CAS and his men........

if they can prevent free passage of the CAS....imagine what they will do to any unarmed citizen may cross their path.
