Uganda: Police IG Stripped women

Uganda Police Commander Kale Kayihura has committed a despicable and abominable act against humanity when he ordered the complete stripping and manhandling of Zaina Fatuma a leading political opposition party leader and an aide.

When developed countries refer to African countries as under developed, primitive or even countries still living in the dark ages, most Africans react negatively criticizing them.

For a man who has been appointed to protect the citizenry turning round to commit this sacrilege is unspeakable.

Kale was born on Dec 26 1955, hails from Kisoro, Munyakigezi in Ugandan. He holds a bachelor degree in Law from Makerere University amongst other certifications from an institutions in London. He joined the Ugandan Police Force since 1982.

The abused women Zaina Fatuma and an aide are members of the forum for democratic change’s national executive committee. For involving in opposition activities, the police Inspector General barbarically ordered that they be stripped naked and locked up in the police detention cell.

Part of the problem of African leaders perhaps is this sit tight position in leadership. A situation when they get to power it looks like their breath will seize if they leave the power and want to continue in power forever.
