Can somebody give me information about the housing market and the best part of the city to own a home. Are there African churches or Nigerian churches in El Paso? Is there an African store? Where are the best school zones in the city? is it a safe place to raise a family? What is cost of living like? I will appreciate candid and factual information about settling in El Paso Texas.

El Paso is an absolute lovely city. Mild weather, lovely people. I was there for 2 weeks n belive Mr o enjoyed it more than crazy Houston. As per housing, I can't answer that.
