It definitely doesn't look good no matter how you slice it. I hope someone is held responsible for this mess even if it's to save face. On top of the two budgets even the breakdown is annoying to me especially the new version. Fayemi's ministry is spending N700+m for website upgrade? They need to explain what's going into the website. Obama Care website gulped $2.1bn so I won't argue the cost, the US government was heavily criticized for this FYI. It'll be annoying if we visit this website and it's just a basic website. I hope it'll be some interactive website where a lot of things can get done on. This is Nigeria so I'm not expecting, so I'm thinking this is a conduit to steal money which is not the change we hoped for.
