The People’s Democratic Party(PDP) National Publicity Secretary, Chief Olisa Metuh arrived the Federal high court in Abuja from the Kuje Prison Hand Cuffed by the Prison Officials.

Is it because he is an Igbo man, why they hand cuffed him to court?? It could be recalled that when Sambo Dasuki was arraigned he walks freely without been hand cuffed, What is your opinion about this?:

He is expected to be cuffed because he was reprimanded to prison by the court. Other accused were reprimanded to the Prosecutor's detention centre. Let us stop parading ignorance and hide behind ethnic sentiments.
