Brace up...we are olmst at the finish line....only few and fortunate amongst us will receive the call which is an eventuality....so lets take one day at a time and find something to keep us occupied...that way, if some among us are not fortunate to receive the call,it wunt hurt us as much as if we are unoccupied with anything...regardless life goes on.....believe me i am talking out of experiece...when

For the admin and support staff positions, officers are assigned to dose departments from the pool of officers recruited and dose in the system already. It all depends on where one is placed.

Who can explain this, cadets 2016 course 29..

In his remarks, Mr Felix Ikumapayi, Director, State Services
Academy, said that the academy was graduating the 29th
set of cadets since its establishment.

Ikumapayi said that out of the 849 persons inaugurated
to resume the course on June 13, 2016, 487 scaled
through all the hurdles successfully.


Should we say 849 cadets , detectives & ASO were inaugurated & just 484 cadets scale thru and if yes, wat caused it...? Somebody should explain? I don't understand how could 849 persons started just few made it?

Hopefully this week or 2nd week of this month we will hear something. For everyone agitated dss will always use 4'5'6 months for back ground check to make sure your not a trouble maker or cultist and so on so apply calm but am sure dis is the month...but u go Sha read book for camp oo. Cos they,ll be defence for everyone ur being taught.hence ul need suits.

yeah I noticed uv been ondis thread for awhile, I heard de ddnt take detectives last set. But definitely dis time around this is course 30, no dulling,no excuses.

But for reals if u weren't called for documentation after the interview day. just give up already apply for frsc,prisons fire service. Because even those that did documentation some if them fit don Bleep up one way or the other or have some issues wit results or tatoo or cultist background, or ethnicity tribalistic remarks, incase you didn't know u are being monitored so if ur group of frnds no pure could cost u.ur calls were being monitored. Ur text too...dss no carry play put oo for who Dem wan recruit into service.

Yeah I heard July also... Let's hope and wait,but this our thread don dull oo... Nobody is saying anything on it anymore.. abi una don give up or people that passed interview to documentation stage no much online here.

Personally am very inquisitive I like knowing where am headed by God's grace.. so if anyone in the house can answer my few questions I'd be glad...

1. Isit possible for politicians to still influence this process even after documentation

2.id like to confirm if propestive agents are going to be in camp for 9months, cos from what I read I saw 6months in camp,3months i.t and back in camp for pop,

3. is there a height criteria involved

4. Weather we like it or not you wouldn't work wit all ur zeal and attention if ur hungry and have bills to pay, so I'd like to know salary scale for aso, cadets and detectives.

5.any idea of camp life and generally the life of an agent stress levels, bonuses and perks.
Make una no vex oo. Say I ask but they say it's better to look before u cross..

No sir you heard wrong.. this is course 30, and are expected to leave to camp this month...by God's grace. There's been no cancellation at least from my end.

I just communicated with a friend who is a DSS right now.. and he said end of July or first week of August.
