Let just forget about the hazards of Dss job because I strongly believe that everything has been predestined ...Someone that is destined to die thru sea won't die thru gunshot ...As a potential applicants if by now u are thinking about the risks associated with Dss ,, u will be discouraged even after u finally see d "Almighty List" for training ...because ur mind will always flash back to those risks wen on training ground...Therefore u may perform woefully which means u may not be eligible to do POP...Dss takes agents that is highly intelligent & a academically capacitated ...Life is all about taking risk...Though there are two types of risk 1)
safe 2) Unsafe risk..We take risk in our daily activities ...not until wen u carry gun or face boko..God should build His wall of protection round us as we journey in life ...

Dss will have to issue u a certification and affirmation before you go ahead if eventually you become an agent.. they have to do back ground checks on the lady u wanna wife up. Just to make sure she's clean and won't compromise you or ur job in anyway, so really can't say how long it takes for thier background check and investigation to be completed on the matter,as one of the rules in the by law of dss but to what extent they uphold it,I duno.. if it's still working I duno. That's why they kept asking if ur married already, or have a kid during documentation I duno if anyone came across such.. to be on the safe side I wouldn't advice marriage immediately after pop, reason being ul be posted to a new environment, ul be very busy, u might to have too much time on ur hands cos they,ll use u as a fresher so ul get job experience and so on, that might cos a strain in ur relationship except u both understand what ur getting into, u can be called to travel at anytime, so my advice is u wait a year or two into service,but again if u feel like it's something u must do after pop that's ultimately gonna rest between you and dss time frame for investigation

Bro you meant the call of notification will come in batches to the successful candidates or successful ones will be separated into batches for camping please clarify?

In batches in the sense that not everyone will receive calls the same day or same time.. some will receive that days, some the next, and so on till camp day. Has anyone else confirm this date tho?

The presidency is currently pleading for them to briefly come back and approve alongside with the election budget but they are playing politics and trying to play on presidency's patience.

This is part of the reasons why the general elections will most likely be postponed by 2 to 3months
