Am not a good story writer but let me see how best I can do this. I am a 29 year old guy and I am currently dating a lady of 28 years.we spend almost 60 percent of our time together.she has a child already but I don't mind because I love her.we were together last weekend when she told me a guy was disturbing her.she told me the guy was an old friend.I was shocked when she told me she would be meeting the guy at a fast food for old times sake because the guy insisted they should see and they have issues to trash out.I am really beginning she's taking me for granted.I am disturbed and I wish to seek my wonderful peoples opinion before I probably take a step.

Trust a single mother at your own peril... she is definitely cheating. The average Nigerian girl is far too unintelligent to maintain platonic relationship with the opposite sex

so if i won cheat, I go tell my guy say I want cheat?
Op, use your brain and not your skull.

That's why it's hard to tell some guys raw truth, their insecurity fit make person barf.

So you prefer she hide her intentions right? To keep her movements a secret?

my what can I say? I would say you should trust her for now 100% but in this present situation I think you should give her the benefit of doubt.

Ladies who always want to do things based on old friends sake are turn off for me because such people are betrayal.

Let's face the reality, I do not see them seeing each other on a good purpose other than what may lead to what OP is suspecting, this days there GSM, Banking/ATM transactions, email/text messages in which you can discuss, send money or render any assistance, not meeting at a joint where foundation of cheating can easily be laid.

Guys that are persistence in seeing a lady doesn't really have anything to offer mostly when a lady didn't ask for a favour other than to exercise his greed and lost to explore ladies endowment. Nothing more/less.

Believe me, it's not in every discussion that one needs phone calls or sms. The lady said she prefers to see the dude in person I an eatery and I don't think there's something wrong with that. The big cool here is she told him about it.If it's very important for her to see him in person, then there's absolutely nothing wrong with that!

IMO, I'd find it appalling if my man feels cheated if i tell him truths about what I intend to do.

Don't mind them.
That's why sometimes it pays to just do one's thing without telling your man.If my G tells me there's something important he needed to say in person to an ex, i will force him to go because i also will be curious to find out more truths about both.

@ correctyourself

There are many guys out there who wants to get laid, whether it's an ex or not.Its wise to avoid all form of insecurity especially when you've a woman that gives you clear info about her movements. My kind of woman isn't the type that keeps insecure guts for long, I hate having to explain myself all the time especially when I've been nothing but loving and truthful.

The babe don tell am how far! The guy come here dey cry, which kind man be that? Allow her trash her issues with the said guy.

This is the reasons why ladies would always fall victims, you never assume anything negative could happened, few weeks ago this was how a lady went to ask a Man whom the children attend school where she is a teacher for the school fees of her pupile, only for the man to lure her to a hotel from 5pm to 2am only for the intervention of the police before she could find her way out based on the fact that she managed to sent out sms to her supervisor that sent her the errand. (married woman for that matter) , please you ladies should be careful.

what wrong have i committed here; i have far too many single mother relatives to trust anyone to even simple truths. The average Nigerian girl is irredeemably daft, how much more one who couldn't use cheap contraceptives or condoms

What I want you to know is that what she doesn't expect could happen , moreover; I have not seen the lady being truthful here when she has not explaine what the issue is all about (issue to trash out),:what is she trashing, is she own, is he an ex, in short I myself want to know. Lozzz.

Assumption kills a relationship faster than anything....

Keep it cool, trust me a single mother won't want to joke with a man who love her so much, moreover she is 28...any mistake from her it might take her years to meet another serious guy...

Going by your theory, the guys too can be considered daft since they couldn't use condom. Is that it?

Then you ask.If op is insecure, he has a right to ask questions about why she needed to see the dude. Whatever her reason may be, it's ok for her to go ahead since she respected her man enough to tell him what's up.

But i think dat wat ever it is, as long as you love someone u must let dem know wat is going on

I believe sharing makes relationship stronger
