Collecting Dollars and remitting Naira and making a minimum of N50 per dollar and everybody kept quiet. Corruption is indeed Institutionalized. Everywhere is just stinking and rotten with corruption. No wonder the African continent cant stand tall when dealing with the West and its allies.
