It's from a reliable source , obajana centre is already through with the marking of candidates scripts since 2 weeks ago. They are just waiting to get a go ahead order from the headquarter Lagos before sending interview invite.
Hopefully, interview invites will roll in within the next 3 weeks.

nothing bro..it takes almost two month to mark and send invitee ..the process is just too slow

two months? uhm, time is going, but they told me they are through with the marking, that is because of the poor performance that is delaying the result

The young man is only telling you how Dangote operates so that you won't work yourself up. I enjoin you to check threads for previous GETS on NL and also check refinery thread. Refinery August applicants were promised they would hear something by last December, it took them another 3months before first batch were contacted in march for India training while the next batch(es) still await(s) for message as we speak. November refinery applicants are still awaiting interview or test till this moment. So, take Aremu01's advice in good faith, not to discourage or cast doubt on your chances, after all delay is not a denial. They will surely contact you when they are ready.

the gets program is too too different from the refinery stuff. pls some guys for d refinery program are in India already. gets applicants will mostly get a response this month.

Its the problem we are always haviing in Nigeria.. Unnecessary delays cos of people's desperation. Processes in Nigeria should get faster and more exact and predictable. Not just Dangote, virtually everybody keeps u waitin. I have a successful interview since feb, that still waitin for the company to call for start work or next stage. Till now. thats the only 'Nigerians' u should be shoutin. We shouldnt romance and pamper our bad system. God bless Nigeria

LOL, read my lines very well. I'm not justifying their slowness, in as much as we are not pleased with their slowness, they haven't told anyone to resign or stop working. Let's move on with our lives, in due time they'll call. They could have decided to conduct the exam far ahead of schedule, everyone has its recruitment procedure.

But tagging the recruitment a scam becuase you think they should have started calling is not logical. Slowness in recruitment doesn't equate to scam.

One thing you ppl should know is that ur complaint will not make them go faster than their pace....
So save yourself unnecessary heartache by taking ur mind off it. Remember it's their company, their recruitment and how fast they move is also their call. This is not fair I understand, but you don't have a say!

...........................and you don't have to tag it as scam no matter how frustrating the wait is. GETS is a yearly process, a quick check on previous GETS threads will give a clue.
