The only solution is to make politics unattractive with the salary so the bunch of losers finding their way into politics will reduce These are people that can not work hard in career pursuit but see easy place they can make easy money by fighting dirty however they will still want to embezzle but the next is to strengthen the more the institutions to be able to curb any little excesses
