Anyone residing in Orazi Portharcourt Wimpey, Portharcourt will attest to what am about to say. Residents here don't know what is called epileptic power supply. They are enjoying steady power supply, I mean steady. Unfortunately, Eligbam community that is a stone throw to Orazi don't enjoy this steady power supply. Why the disparity. Why will a community in Portharcourt where students residing in the school areas are begging for lights be accorded such privileges? |
