Mallam Abdullahi Kabiru, a chieftain of the All
Progressives Congress (APC) in Kogi state has alleged
that Atiku Abubakar, a former vice president is making
moves to impose his loyalist to take the position of the
deputy
governor in the state, Leadership reports.
In a statement he issued to the media yesterday,
February 6, Kabiru claimed that Atiku was " causing
disarray in the
leadership hierarchy of Kogi state All Progressives
Congress in his bid to impose his loyalist, and former
member of Kogi state House of Assembly, Simeon
Achuba as
replacement for Hon. Abiodun Faleke who turned down
the offer of Deputy Governor after demise of Audu
