Gunmen have beheaded a chieftain of the All Progressives Congress in Omoku, Ogba/Egbema/Ndoni Local Government Area of Rivers State.

The APC chieftain identified as Franklin Obi was murdered alongside his wife, Iheoma, and 18-year-old son, Bestman, at their residence in Omoku at about 9pm on Saturday.

The State Commissioner of Police, Mr. Musa Kimo, who is currently on a visit to the place, expressed regret over the incident.

Is Funsho Williams, Bola Ige, Daramola, and the rest from South South? Perhaps, South South is learning from SW on electoral violence in pre election violence and as for the post election violence, they are learning from North. Remember 2011 post election violence

The issue of killing in omoku should be taken as a serious issue by the commissioner of police nd state governor.

PDP is still continuing the murders in Orashi region and I suspect its because of upcoming elections. FG should unleash the full military acyion against the PDP backed cultists as villagers know all their camps. 20 cluster bombs can wipe them out.
