A clothing manufacturer is pictured taking Bukola Saraki's measurements at the 'Made in Aba' trade fair, held today at Area 11, Garki Abuja.

The Senate President said he had fun at the Fair and it was amazing to see the ingenuity and quality of Nigerian made products.

In his remarks, Saraki promised that the National Assembly would work on amending the Procurement Act by changing the word "may" to "shall" to ensure that Nigerian products are given first priority over their foreign counterparts in the procurement process.

I hope that the price of dollar will increase more so we can look inwards. I have a friend that learnt his tailoring trade here in Nnewi and went to Aba to perfect it. If this guy should sew a cloth for you, you will know that if given opportunity, and right market, D&G are just learning. God bless all Artisans especially metal fabricators like me

You see, our Ibo brothers would benefit much from this Bubu's ban of some imported products as this will give their ingenuity opportunity to thrive. Instead of objective thinking and analysis, every move by the present administration is a target against Ibos in their inordinate belief.

Georges guys are cool, but Iron Tailors is an old fox who knows the tricks of the game. He made many dealers at A-Line rich by replicating Italian designs. Another good guy is/was Custom Design. There may be new really good guys in the profession at Enyimba who are yet to be popular like the ones i mentioned. Enyimba ebuka!!
