Okonjo-Iweala diagnosed Falana’s ailment as Chronic Cerebral Amnesia (CCA)

Where is the inconsistency in what the man said then and now?

Saying ekiti election was free and fair and Fayose can be prosecuted if found wanting regarding the same election are 2 different tings.

Even going by your low grade thinking and sentiments for the sake of argument, the fact that you were found not guilty today doesn't mean you can not go to jail tomorrow based on new facts, damaging and credible proof of wrong doing, this is common sense, but not that the comedic useless and incompetent governor have any common sense including his equally olodo can't read and comprehend followers..

Falana is an internationally certified charlattan suffering from acute cerebral amnesia!!! That man has lost it.The media should desist from describing him as a human rights lawyer as that would amount to a slight to the memory of the late chief Gani Fawehinmi

.... The media describes him as a self acclaimed human right activist.

when you see a Governor attacking everyone in sight, instead of Governing his state, then you should know he is "feeling the heat".

But let us wait till he gets burned.

It will be interesting to watch, Governor Fayose IMPEACHED, Version 2.0!

OYAY:
This Lere Olayinka must be a mischievous person to make this stupid allegation against FF;even the international community that adjudged Ekiti election then as free and fair will recant now with the new evidences in public domain. Or why does higher court normally upturn judgement and adduce it to new evidence @ hand? Lere Olayinka and his principal should go and sort themself out with TKO first before dragging Falana to their past misdeed for bearing his view on the issue on it!

oga pks what exactly did the Aluko man said that showed the election was rigged.. because all I can remember was Aluko saying the election was rigged. GEJ Gave Fayose moni. Uba have Fayose Moni, soldiers were deployed to prevent apc chief to enter Ekiti wtc .nothing else.substantial.. is Aluko statement now evidence that the election was rigged?
pls state in clear terms how the Aluko man gave proof of the rigging....

Good response to Falana's double- speaking. Now, what brought about this unfolding drama is whether it is desirable to have a governor in office whose "election" to that office is now questionable given recent revelations. That Aluko guy has threatened to talk more. The Supreme Court should now re- sit to review the electoral issue in Ekiti. The Supreme Court should have given us direction when Prince Audu died in Kogi; but it kept quiet. The electoral robbery in Ekiti should be reversed. The fundamental basis of the law is to ENSURE that which is right. Aluko should be given adequate security so that his mouth can open wider. The people of Ekiti did not elect Fayose.

What Femi Falana is saying is that a sitting Governor is not immuned from electoral fraud prosecution.

That is the only offence you see Governors in every court of law for.

That his lousy half educated spokesperson will put him in trouble.

To all those saying Falana spoke from 2 mouths, nobody knew what went behind the scene during the election. The rigging was systemic and awesomely planned.

Thank you my brother for your sensible comments. Falana said all he said at that time based on what was on ground. Now that the truth has come out, Fayose cannot bring out old quotes of Falana to justify this heinous crime against the people of Ekiti state. Even now, the so called election observers will feel bastardized at their earlier reports. Falana is on course jare. Fayose is still talking because of immunity!

All these Abobakus would lead Fayose and PDP to doom. Falana spoke those words based on the information available to him at that material time, same way for the court, the court made a judgement based on the information at its dispersal and ruled base on that. The same man that went to court to give evidence that the election was free, fair and credible is the same man that also came out to reveal the under arrangement that the party perpetrated during the election. To buttress that stand, Capt. Okoli gave the same revelation after the election but because he was not available to testify then, they could not present same in the court. Now that the actor is out to give details of what transpired, all we need to do is to keep calm and allow the law to take it full course. Throwing abuse and tandrum on people cannot throw away the message as Falana submitted. Falana submission is valid and constitutional because Governors are not immune to electoral prosecution and that's the truth. I had that DSS have taken up the case, I expect Fayose and his Abobakus to save their breath till they get to court to explain themselves rather than taking pleasure at abusing people. I'm not moved for any abuse from any Abobakus in this forum, please keep it coming.
